Do the same people come for every visit? Yes, it is our practice to have the same people service your company each time. This is to help establish good relationships with you and provide better service as they will become familiar with every part of your space.

What makes your cleaning services better than others? 1. Our priority is your satisfaction. We won't just come in and wipe surfaces (unless that's what you want, of course!). We take pride in our work, and we want you to feel proud of your space. 2. Our prices are fair and reasonable. We are a locally owned small business and we know a lot of our clients are too. You shouldn't have to pay top dollar for a great experience. 3. Our customer service is top-notch, and available to all our clients through multiple channels.

Does someone need to be at the property while you are cleaning? This is totally up to you! We want you to feel comfortable with our services. Some clients choose to stay while we work, however most prefer that cleaning be done outside of their business hours. This level of trust usually happens after our first few visits. Our primary goal is for you to feel confident in our service and be able to trust our reliability. Whatever makes you feel most comfortable is what we are happy to do.

Can I cancel my scheduled visit? Yes! You are free to cancel any schedule visit for any reason, up to half an hour before your appointment was scheduled and you will not be charged for the visit. If it is less than half an hour before your visit, we will still charge for the service.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies? Yes we do, however you can request that we use your supplies if you prefer a certain type.
